Transportation - Bypass Routing & Dates in the past P4915

Good afternoon,

We are in JDE 9.2 and have Transportation module turned On with single order consolidation. When Promised Ship date is updated in P4915 and shipment is routed. The system does not allow for Promised Ship dates that are less that today's date. Also, it won't provide routing if Promised Ship does not allow the defined number of transit days on the route.

Besides using BRR freight handling code to Bypass Rating and Routing. is there any other way to allow approval of shipments in P4915 were Promised Ship date is in the past and/or transit days are less than defined for a route?
