Time & Labor / Absence Management - PTO Approver Comments Text Wrap

When an approver goes into the approval tile to address an absence request, if they enter a comment, the text will continue on the first line despite there being a scroll bar. The approver is unable to see what they wrote before the words that are visible for editing purposes unless they use the < button to backtrack:

We would like to have a more user friendly text box wherein the user can see what they have written and if it goes beyond the visible size of the box they can choose to use the scroll bar.
