Capitalized Interest not generating

I have setup the Capitalized Interest schedule and attached to Project Type in the Capitalization tab, at Project Task level Allow charges check box is selected, also at Project Capital Information option selected the Capital Interest stop date and selected the 'Allow capital Interest' check box. created the Pre approved expenditure batch and now CIP amount is reflected in Capital Projects window, FA period

In the Capital Interest Rate name setup , Interest method Simple is selected, Period Rate convention by 'Number of Days' and current Period convention is Full

Ran the PRC: Generate Capitalized Interest Transactions but getting an exception 'No Data Found for This Report
