OVM Live Migration between v3.4.5 and v3.4.6

We are planning a PCA upgrade to v2.4.3 which includes OVM Manager and OVM Server from v3.4.5 to v3.4.6. Our environment includes several compute nodes and many guest VMs. We would like to perform a rolling upgrade and to reduce downtime would like to live-migrate VMs from v3.4.5 OVM servers to upgraded 3.4.6 OVM servers and vice versa. Based on Oracle release notes for earlier OVM versions, this is is supported but I want to be 100% sure.
