12.2 US Pay - How to add entry to all_directories for 2020 ACA efile export

I just loaded the 2020 ACA Phase 2 patch and when you run the Transmission XML Generation Process, the Output Directory option comes up with a really strange entry ACA_OUT_DIR21946392 from all_directories. Our all_directories has this entry plus ACA_OUT_DIR. They both point to /usr/tmp.

This is not very user friendly. I'm thinking I'd rather change the output folder to a general one we use for all our exports. I think that means I have to add an entry to all_directories and then the Output Directory parameter would give me an option to chose from instead of automatically supplying ACA_OUT_DIR21946392.
