Single Database 11.2.0.1.0 on Solaris 10 x86-64 don't start with olr.loc cannot be opened

I've a single database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit on Solaris 10 x86-64 and it fail to startup:

SQL> startup

ORA-27102: out of memory

Solaris-AMD64 Error: 12: Not enough space
