Ability to receive emails for followed categories

In the previous version of MOSC, there was an option to receive emails of new posts or responses to posts in followed categories, not just conversations you have participated in.

I'd like to see that again - it seems as if there is LESS participation in forums and (especially with recent consolidations in the Peoplesoft space) very difficult to find relevant content.
