Ability to "follow" tags

The Peoplesoft spaces were recently consolidated and it has become extremely difficult to identify content if you are, say, a Payroll for North America customer who doesn't care about Absence Management or Global Payroll (or any of a number of products that are all in ONE location).

If there were tags for PSFT-PNA or PSFT-GLOBAL-PAYROLL (etc), that would be helpful - but it would still require some clicks to get the content we want.

So - I'd like to see if we can have the ability to follow tags and have them appear in Recent Discussions.
