Cancel Messages in DMR for OT orders

We have an issue with OT orders that have been processed and the ST order has been generated where when R3483 is re-ran we get Cancel message for the items. No other message such as suggesting another OT either.

Also another issue where if R3483 for the OT's is ran on say yesterday, and we try and process the message today with R3411 it will not process unless we change the dates to today or in the future.

Any help will be appreciated.
