essmsh.exe returns an error when executing it from ..\Essbase\EssbaseClient\bin

in Hyperion Essbase (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

Hello,

We are on 11.1.2.4 and have installed the Essbase MSI from EssbaseClient.exe (Patch 31585472). When executing essmsh.exe from the client side (..\Essbase\EssbaseClient\bin) we get the error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)...

However we are able to run essmsh.exe from the server side ..\Essbase\EssbaseServer\bin.

Did I leave any installation out that may cause this error?
