P051125 does not allow delegate to change AB#.

Good Afternoon, We are trying to setup Self Service Time Entry delegates using Doc ID 638139.1. However, the Time Entry Approval functionality (P051125) does not allow us to change the AB#, it is grayed out. I know this is driven by the AB# attached to the USERID. Does anyone know how to navigate to a version that will allow the user to change the AB#? Thank you.
