delete asr running for hours - X7-2HA

in Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

Hi

we issued a delete asr on our X7-2M ODA because we were seeing "No Heartbeat" for the asset

But the job seems to be running for over an hour now


# odacli list-jobs |grep Running

be2eada3-ccbe-47b6-9823-e347ce3694d7   Delete ASR                                 March 16, 2021 10:41:37 PM EDT   Running

We tried to stop the dcsagent so that we can start it up again and then re-submit the delete asr but we got this error

 initctl stop dcsagent

-bash: initctl: command not found

Question

Why the asr delete job is running for hours?

How do we stop the dcsagent on X7 ODA?
