Does ACTIVE/ACTIVE DR in Siebel 19.9 is Possible ?

Hi,

Currently we have Active/Passive DR setup in our organization wherein our DR site is around 450 KM away from our primary site. Currently we have Siebel 19.9 with Oracle 12 DB. Now our management is asking for ACTIVE/ACTIVE setup, So i would like to know is it possible for Active/Active setup if yes what are its limitations/pre-requisite/requirements for both DB and Application.
