How can I remove Cluster Resources services without the resource for database?

Oracle Linux Server release 7.9

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 – Production

Version 19.10.0.0.0

 

When I try to remove the Cluster Resource service “ora.dev0.dev.svc” I get an error.

srvctl remove service -db dev0 -service ora.dev0.dev.svc

PRCD-1120 : The resource for database dev0 could not be found.

PRCR-1001 : Resource ora.dev0.db does not exist

 

crsctl stat res –t

...

ora.school0.db     1       ONLINE ONLINE      linuxhost             Open,HOME=/u01/app/o

                                                            racle/product/19c/ee
