Class Permission Error

Hello,

Has anyone else encountered the situation below?

Class section needs Class Permission numbers, we can generate numbers but when Save is selected

this error message is returned

ID is required for Student Specific Permission (14600,882)

Student ID is required for a student specific add permission or drop permission

If we attempt to use Student Specific Permission by checking the box on the Schedule of Classes/Basic Data page for Student Specific Permissions, return to the Class Permission page and enter an emplid in the ID field and attempt to save the changes, the same error message is returned.

I've checked PeopleBooks and My Oracle Support Knowledge but could not find anything to help with this particular error.
