11.2.0.4 End of Support on ODA?

I see where ODA 19.10 includes 11.2.0.4.210119. From Release Schedule of Current Database Releases (Doc ID 742060.1) - "... and ODA will have 3 additional months of Extended Support. The end of Extended Support for 11.2.0.4 databases on these platforms is: 31-March 2021." Does this mean the January RU will likely be the last update to 11.2.0.4 available on ODA (in 19.10)? Thanks,
