WCS 12.2.1.4.0 Cluster Installation -Cannot change file ownership for wcsites_server1

Hi,

tried install WCS 12.2.1.4.0 on RHEL 7.8 following Oracle document "How to Cluster WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.x.x? (Doc ID 2115388.1)"

Installed Infrastructure and wcsites on both servers. Primary server hosts Admin and Managed wcsites_server1. Have not installed OHS as we have Apache already in

our environment. Came to the point "Configure a Sites cluster (Continued #1)", step 12:

12. WebLogic console > Environment > Servers > Control tab > Select wcsites_server1 and click “start” > Allow the sites server to complete starting.

This step fails with error:

<WARNING> <Server start command for WebLogic server 'wcsites_server1' failed due to: [Cannot change file ownership for /home/oracle/config/domains/wcsdomain/servers/wcsites_server1 : Operation not permitted]. Please check Node Manager log and/or server 'wcsites_server1' log for detailed information.>
