12.2.6 US Pay - Element Entry has Date-Earned defaulted and can't remove it
We have a benefit pay element "Medical Opt Out" that is FLSA eligible. Staff are finding that for some employees, when the FLSA period crosses the bi-weekly pay period, the proration is not happening for everyone. For those that don't prorate to the FLSA periods, it is dumping the entire pay amount into both FLSA periods thus doubling the pay.
We discovered that the element entry for "Medical Opt Out" has a Date-Earned back in 2017 for the staff who are not prorating, while the other staff has a blank Date-Earned. When I view the formula, it appears this is the issue.
