I have a warehouse that did a 61 transaction (InterDistrict Transfer)

I have a warehouse that did a 61 transaction (InterDistrict Transfer) and unfortunately we were having some background and WF issues which resulted in the Managers being restarted. The receiving now has 2 expected receipts for the one transaction. Nothing is in Pending Receiving, how can I eliminate the duplication?
