How to upgrade to the latest java version for Oracle EBS R12.1.3

Dear All,


I need to upgrade my java to latest version for my oracle ebs r 12.1.3, can some one help me the steps and the compatible version's of java.


Application : 12.1.3

Database: 12.1.0.2.0


java version "1.6.0_07"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_07-b06)

Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 10.0-b23, mixed mode)
