Blanket Release shows no details for Release Shipment

Hi All,

I have came across a situation where Blanket Release workflow approval notification doesn't shows details about Release Shipment though customers were able to get details under PDF in email.

Workflow Notification For Approval Subject Message: "Blanket Release xxxxx-xx,xx for USD xxx.xx requires your approval."

What is the root cause of this workflow notification issue ? Any thoughts ?
