Are the settings of _smu_debug_mode cumulative?

Hi,

My question is - are these settings cumulative - i.e. if I set _smu_debug_mode to 167772160 (33554432+134217728) will this have the effect of addressing all the issues which are addressed by each individual setting (this is database version 12.1.0.2)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
