Trying to find .rpm download

in Linux Operating System (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

Can anyone tell me where to download oracle-database-preinstall-19c-1.0-1.el8.x86_64.rpm? Per the 19c Database Installation Guide for Linux, I accessed https://edelivery,oracle.com/linux.

I've tried searching for the file a variety of ways. What am I doing wrong?
