Best practice move a db to new home

Hi

Wanted to get an answer on how to best move a database in oda from one oracle_home, say in version 12 to version 19.

The thing is that I don't care about the database because when every needed file, odaregistry etc are in the right place (v19 home) with the right values in odaregistry and crs etc, I will clone a new copy från prod, which alreade is in v19.
