19c grid software installer window closed during installation

When installing 19c grid software, as it was progressing through the installation, it got to the step where a Linux SA needs to run scripts on the server as root. He shared screen with me on teams, so I could watch the scripts run, and they both executed successfully. When I tried to return to the installer window, it had closed. So the installation did not finish.

I checked the grid installation log, and at the bottom it only showed this:

INFO: [Mar 18, 2021 3:22:34 PM] ConfigClient.endSession method called

INFO: [Mar 18, 2021 3:22:34 PM] Completed preparation for configuration

INFO: [Mar 18, 2021 3:22:34 PM] Completed 'Prepare for configuration steps'
