PO approval issue submitted by a buyer

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

We face an issue when the buyer submit Purchase Order (PO ) for approval this PO get approved without going to the next level and on top of that this buyer has no financial limit to approve.

Please could you check and advise how I can fix this issue soon.
