Migration 12.1.0.2 to 19c

I am currently doing a study to migrate our databases from 12.1.0.2 to 19.

I check the certifications and I can't find in the drop-down list the equivalent of the software "Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 5" (Version 12.1.0.5.0).

I need it in order to check if this one is certified for a 19c database
