When is transaction_temp_id generated in the table mtl_material_transactions_temp

Hi All,

I am trying to do move order allocation using  inv_replenish_detail_pub.line_details_pub API , but transaction_temp_id not getting generated in the table mtl_material_transactions_temp .

I want to know when the transaction_temp_id generated in the table mtl_material_transactions_temp and if there is any other API to allocate move order .
