DynaTrace ruxitagentjs Causing Chrome CPU and Memory Spike

Hi All,

Resolved this production crisis for a customer yesterday so wanted to post it here just in case someone else runs into the same.

We observed Chrome memory at 70% - 80% on a 2 core computer with memory going over 6 GB. CPU was high even after the Siebel UI had rendered.

Using Chrome Developer Tools we hit F8 to cause the debugger to break and found that ruxitagentjs.js was running and causing the CPU and memory spike.

After we disabled DynaTrace the issue went away. After we found the issue noticed there were 5 other different issues with Siebel and DynaTrace where it had to be disabled for Siebel to work correctly.

Howdy, Stranger!
