Does anyone know where you can go to find information on this complete command?

Searching for dbms_ruleadm_internal gives some references, but not this validate_re_object suffix.

Searching for validate_re_object goes to help center with - Cannot find

I just want the complete documentation.

I am with an SR, and it says to run these things via hcheck.sql, but it don't work.

I have tried all the ways I know but without complete documentation I am just not getting it.

Need help.
