User asked for secondary filter on pay app.

Sometimes have 600 lines on pay app. User wants to filter out line items. We can sort the lines, but I don't know of any way to actually filter line items. User wants to filter lines so he does not see lines that have a commit remaining of 0.00. Also, wants to filter based on Commit Short Description or other columns on the pay request.
