Restricting relationships in Benefits Self Service
On the following screen is there a way that we can restrict the list to only those that are eligible dependents? Currently we see all the options there. I understand that this list is tied to beneficiaries and we cannot disable items at the LOV level.
What we are trying to get to is having only employees see dependents that are benefit eligible. Leaving the list like it is implies an employee can cover any item listed (friend, grandparent, etc..) for benefits when they cannot.
How are others out there addressing this?
