After upgrading from EBS R12.1.3 to R12.2.9 Barcodes are not getting scanned

Hello Team,

We are in process of upgrading EBS 12.1.3 to R12.2.9, after upgrade barcode not getting scanned. We have followed the setups provided in note ID 2053130.1, but still they are not scannable.

Any in-sights here?
