Oracle 19.10.0.0.0 - RMAN -10015: error compiling PL/SQL program

Hi,

I do cold backup with Data Protector - when it fails then the database remains in mounted state.

I would like to check this by opening another session to RMAN and executing PL/SQL block.

Do you see any reason, why I get 10015 error? I upgraded to last patch bundle on 19c.

Any other ideas how to solve this, would be appreciated.
