Can I avoid sourcing a line from a BPA?

Hi All,

Using iProcurement on 12.2.9, customer would like to have the alternative to search an item in iProcurement and even when there is a BPA for it - avoid sourcing it from the BPA.

Anyone have an idea how to do it?
