My Oracle Support - Activate Database installation in Systems tab

Hi,

we have old installation of 11.2g database in Systems tab of My Oracle Support. It will no longer be supported so we are planning to reinstall database to 19c.

There is option to Deactivate database from Systems tab but there is no option to activate Oracle Database installation. How to archive this?
