P6 TM mobile app Issue

Dear @RonVongs-Oracle

I have one issue with one of our user using P6 TM app and he is unable to get % Activity Complete information does not appear and nor duration.

This is a problem of slowness and data not loaded in the Primavera Team Member Mobile app.

Since few weeks we have had several teams involved in troubleshooting infrastructure such as network, security/firewall, DBA, etc. But it was not possible to identify the bottleneck or root cause of the problem.

Do we need to change some settings or configurations in P6 TM Mobile App?
