Tagging Assets in Oracle EBS 12.1.3
Dear Team,
We are planning to tag our assets in Oracle EBS 12.1.3. Since, there is no standard functionality to generate tag numbers within Oracle, hence we are planning to customize the solution. For this, we are planning below steps:
- Tag Numbers to be generated for Assets after PO Receipts.
For this our custom solution will trigger all CAPEX related PO Receipts (not previously tagged) on daily basis. A customized form will me made available to the user which will show PO receipts - Asset related details like PO #, PO Line #, GRN #, GRN Date, Supplier Name, Asset Description, PO Category, Asset Clearing Account, FA Location flexfield (to be fill by the user) FA Category (to be fill by the user), Employee Name (to be fill by the user), etc.
