Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hi Team,

Siebel List import for "Contact" as main object type fails when we tried importing from "Administration-Marketing" --> Import.

Receiving the below error in Exceptions.

Input Values: TestFN, TestLN, test@gmail.com, Id: NO ID, Error: [0] This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed.

Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record.(SBL-DAT-00215) (0x7500d7)

Kindly please help to resolve this issue.
