Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Trying to update an address book record system show hard error 078I (Fetch from Table F0116 Failed).

P01012 version call a version of P0100041 set for show a warning (1) for addresses duplicates (PO2 Tab Edits).

ESU JL16271 has been already installed in PD Environment.
