EM 13.4 OMS installation fails with ORA-01017: invalid username/password

Hi all,

After reading Doc ID 1475282.1 and following instructions.

I still have the problem of not being able to install the OMS.

Linux 8 for app server and db server.

Installed 19c for omr with templates for small.

Created omr with small template.


INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms:File is moved successful!
