I Expense approval

Hi All,

There are few I expenses which are approved by the manager but still it is showing as the Pending Manager Approval. Any pointers on this highly appreciated.

We tried to withdrawn and submitted but still we are getting the same issue and WF_NOTIFICATIONS status is closed.

When we checked the WF status monitor we found <User name> is not a valid role or user name

Any pointers on this highly appreciated.
