Dear all,We try to understand the rules for calculating weight and volume when creating a receiving pallet. We have defined each logistic unit (PL-CA-EA) by dimension group by filling in the capacities (dimensions and gross weight) and have defined a container code at pallet level (PL). When we receive a pallet, the gross weight and the volume are incorrect. Only the volume of the container is recovered (without the weight of the products) whereas the gross weight is not that of the container.) What is the calculation rule? What is the correct setting?
