HOW TO SCAN ASSETS LYING IN SEA & HIGH HEIGHTS for PHYSICAL VERIFICATION

Dear Team,

We have a requirement for some assets available in Sea Water and some at very height level.

How can we scan / read these types of assets from distance without physically reaching at the site. This is required for assets stock taking procedure and reconciliation.
