Project Auto Numbering

We have Third Party Tool that creates Project Number ( Automatic Sequence Number 20000000 (8 Digits) ), which then feeds to Oracle Projects using Oracle API.

At present in Project Implementation Option we have Project Numbering set to Manual, and we do not create Project Manually in PA, it only gets created as part of the interface from External System to Project Accounting.

Some business who are going live in PA do not have external system , so they would be creating Project Number Manually in PA, and they would like to use PA Automatic Numbering. For this requirement we would like to Switch PA Automatic Numbering which will start from 4000000000 (10 Digits), so that we numbering sequence will not clash.
