I dont see my SR
Hi, last week I created a SR. For a few minutes I could see this SR y "Service Request" tab but suddenly it disappeared, at this moment I thought that it was closed.
I have received email with "SR updated" information, but I cannot see that SR in My Oracle Support "Service Request" tab.
¿How could I access my SR information? I've checked the filters but I still can't see the SR.
