How to find Concurrent Programs defined to Concurrent Request Types in EBS

Hello, I am using Oracle EBS, version 12.2.5

My organization currently has several different concurrent request types for concurrent programs. I need to delete a few of the request types.

I am prevented from deleting the concurrent request type because there are concurrent programs defined with these types.

"APP-FND-00398 There is a concurrent program defined with this request type, or there is a concurrent manager defined to this request type."

I've already removed the concurrent managers, so I'm assuming it's the concurrent programs.

Can anyone help me with a query, or a way in EBS to determine all the concurrent programs defined to the request types I need to delete?
