Are Revenue/Billing Events included in the Projects Command Center?

I'm reviewing data in the Command Center. The client was asking about where to see information about amounts billed on Projects. I picked a project and looked it up. The total revenue accrued in Projects is more than what is shown in the Command Center. The difference is the amount that was generated through revenue/billing events. Are events viewable in the Command Center? I am looking at data on the Costing Dashboard. Does that mean that only things that get costed will appear on the project in the ECC?

The client is on 12.2.8
