How to Upgrade Exadata 19.9.0 to Exadata 20.1.0 or higher

Hi,

Can someone direct me to a step-by-step process/document for Upgrading Exadata 19.9.0 to Exadata 20.1.0 or the most current version ? I am new to Exadata and I am assuming that this upgrade will be different than normal database upgrade.
