how to get complete db downtime for entire month or week

Hello everyone,

Need your help in getting complete db downtime for entire month or week. for example, database x was down 3 times in a month and each time it was down for 20 mins. so the complete downtime for database x was 60 mins for the month. like that, do we have any sql query to identify complete db down time for the month or week.
